To request service for your system you may choose one of the following methods to contact us:
Please leave your name and cell phone number, your company name and address, and the nature of your problem. It is our goal to respond to your non-emergency requests within 4 hours. If your system is critically impaired, such as lines down or several extensions or auto-attendant not working, please call the number below for immediate assistance.
PHONE Call 1-770-781-5000 and select the appropriate option. Emergencies dial '7' to transfer to our standby support engineer. We are available 7 AM to 7 PM Monday through Friday for normal service. After hours requests are subject to the availability of a technician.
